1-19 December - 3 night minimum:

20 December to 7 January - 7 night minimum:

8-31 January - 3 night minimum:
$1000 (per night)
Public Holidays* - 3 or 4 night minimum:
$900 (per night)

3 nights*
4 nights - Easter
*3 night public holidays include Anzac weekend, Queens Birthday weekend and Labour Day weekend
